Cancellation & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact geral@artemania.pt as soon as possible with your order number.
We will review requests according to the status of the order, including whether personalised production has started. We do not promise a fixed cancellation window or guarantee that a change can be made after production begins.
For eligible non-personalised goods, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right may apply after delivery. Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from that withdrawal right. Cancellation and withdrawal exceptions do not affect statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming goods.
Any refund due under applicable law will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and mandatory legal requirements.
