Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with AMB – Arte Mania Brindes through our online store for delivery within Portugal, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections under Portuguese or EU law.
Products and personalisation
Product descriptions, available options and prices are displayed on the relevant product pages. For personalised products, customers are responsible for providing the information, specifications and artwork required for production and for confirming proofs where requested. We may contact you if artwork or instructions are incomplete.
Prices and payments
The price and any applicable taxes or charges must be displayed before an order is confirmed. Shipping is free on all orders. Available payment methods are those presented at checkout. An order is subject to the information and confirmation provided through the checkout process.
Production and delivery
Standard production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by destination and is communicated before purchase. We will communicate relevant order issues or changes.
Consumer rights
Eligible non-personalised products may be subject to a 14-day withdrawal right. Clearly personalised goods may be excluded from withdrawal, as permitted by law. Statutory remedies for defective or non-conforming goods remain available. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Intellectual property
By providing artwork, logos or other materials, customers confirm they have the rights or permission necessary for their requested use. We may decline requests that appear to infringe third-party rights or applicable law.
Contact and disputes
Contact us to resolve any concern. Consumers retain access to the dispute resolution and other rights available under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory legal rights.
